Gorgeous Josh comes in to Dr. Tickles office for his annual checkup. Doctor Tickles and Doctor Vahn put Josh through a complete tickle treatment which includes therapeutic foot tickling with feathers and fingers. When Josh gets too wiggly, the doctors must restrain him to the exam table to finish the male tickling therapy.
