This pleasant fellow is Jeff's running mate, at least for now. He is from North Carolina, and is just trying to survive. Except for the lousy pay, Rick likes working for traveling carnivals, because he doesn't have to do a lot of reading and writing, which are his weak spots. He is 43 years old, 6 foot, and 180 pounds, drinks too much and really gets crazy. Like Jeff, he enjoys getting head from another man. Outgoing and respectful, he is a very likable guy.
