Jacob is one sleazy HR person feeling out which people to interview to get what he wants. Our prospective employees finally share stories of his inappropriate questions and they get pissed about his sexual harassment and decide to confront him. Jacob has obviously been doing this a long time and seems unfazed at getting caught. He suggests they do a live interview to seal the deal and guarantee them the jobs. Dicks out and Jacob is a kid in the candy store sucking and fucking till he takes the loads in his eye and says See you Monday Morning
