Remember Blonde Billy from the FootBoys section? That's him getting tickled here. In this series, part 1, Will gets his upper body tickled by Matt. In clips 1 and 2, Matt makes use of ice to annoy Will. In clip 3, the tickling begins. In clip 4 Matt pours oil all over Will's belly and starts to find Will's most ticklish parts: his belly and pits. In clip 5, Will is trying to resist laughing but by clip 6. Matt breaks him. In 7 and 8, Will is howling, screaming and begging for Matt to stop. Coming up next, in part 2, Matt moves on to Will's feet and then he gets joined by the TickleBoys gang. You're gonna love it.
